David Stenson
Wisconsin State Board
David began his career as a mailhandler in 1984. He became a shop steward in January of 1988 and acted as "Presidents' Assistant" for Hardy Williams in 1988 and 1989. He was elected to the Local 306 Executive Board in 1990 and served as the Wisconsin State Executive Board Member until 1992. David was elected as Branch 4 President for Milwaukee in 1996 and held that position for two terms, until December 31, 2001. In January of 2002, he was once again elected as State Executive Board Member and has held that position since. David has been an active Arbitration Advocate since 1989.
David has been a delegate to the following National Conventions - National Postal Mail Handlers Union: 1992, San Juan, Puerto Rico; 1996, New Orleans, LA; 2000 San Francisco, CA; and 2004 Boston, MA; and Laborers International Union of North America: 1996 and 2001, Las Vegas, NV.
