Brother Kenneth began his United States Postal Service career as a Casual 1984 – 1988 downtown Chicago. Later in 1989 – 1992 a PTF in Van Nuys P&DC California. 1992- 1994 he became a PTF Lette Carrier in Oak Brook, Ill. and promoted to Full-Time Letter Carrier in 1994, also severed as an Employee Involvement/Quality of Work Life Representative for the Letter Carrier craft. In 1997 he transferred to South Suburban P&DC and became a Full-Time MailHandler. After two months at South Suburban, he was appointed the role of MailHandlers Union Shop Steward. Kenneth has been trained in multiple levels from FMLA, OWCP, OJI, and Advance Shop Steward training to name a few. Successfully filed & won hundreds of grievances on behalf of the MailHandlers Craft, while assisting with Membership signup.

As union Shop Steward, he developed his representational skills and was promoted to serve in various positions such as Chief Shop Steward and since 2005 the Quality of Working Life Coordinator. As QWL Coordinator, Kenneth has assisted the QWL process at South Suburban and Great Lakes Area in winning multiple National QWL awards. Kenneth is a U.S. Army Veteran and holds a Master of Business in Finance.

Elected as Local 306 Treasurer in December of 2013. As a member of the Local 306 Executive Board, attended National Simi-Annual Meeting of the Unions, National Legislative Conference, the MailHandlers National Convention as a delegate. Attended LIUNA Convention as a delegate. Also, received National Financial Management and Standards training from the National Postal Mail Handler's Headquarters. His goal is to keep NPMHU Local 306 Financially Strong in order to advance the interests of our MailHandler membership.
