The USPS' Human Capital Enterprise System (HCES) is the automated system that is used by the Postal Service to handle day to day personnel transactions related to hiring, promotions, bidding, retirements, etc. We have been notified that HCES is scheduled for its regular yearly system upgrade outage as shown below. During this outage HCES will be unavailable for bidding. Please plan accordingly.
